“Grateful for honesty! He was very honest. Got a report from Big O tires that my A arm bushings were bad. Took my car to Earl's after a brief discussion with the owner. He said we really need to see the vehicle before we qoute those repairs. After dropping off the vehicle. He kept in contact with me informed me of a broken motor mount but A arms were not worn out. Mind you this repair( A arms) was a expensive repair. I saved over 400 dollars do to his honesty. Overall experience was great. Thanks Charlie. I appreciate your integrity!”
