Chrissy is what customer service looks like! I bought a sweater for $20 at another location, wore it once, and discovered that the sweater ripped. I tried returning the sweater to the same location but they told me since I wore it, I could not return it. I explained that I had my receipt and at least they could give me an in store credit. The worker said no. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was none available I was told. I ask for a phone call back. Additionally, I called the other location, explained to Chrissy what happened, and she actually apologized for the other store's behavior and accepted my return back. I actually just exchanged it for something else of the same value. It's not right for someone to purchase something and the product defaults yet the customer is supposed to take the loss! NOT COOL! At least Chrissy didn't see it that way and the store can stand to have her train the workers at the other location. I was so appreciative of the way she handled things that I will shop at that location from now on ONLY. Thank you Chrissy and may GOD BLESS YOU!

Cute store with some cute clothes I do wish there were longer shirts. Prices average out about the same as other plus size shops.
