“We took several friends out for dinner and fun on the town for Valentine's weekend, our driver Richard was amazing, very professional, clear with suggestions, and that night was slick on sidewalks due to snow and ice, Richard stepped up to offer everyone and confident and steady hand as we got in and out of the Limo, the lady's really appreciated that. Our driver offered the group a bit of humor without overstepping the lines comfort. We had an awesome night and didn't have to worry about anything, which is a huge relief. “Chrissy is what customer service looks like! I bought a sweater for $20 at another location, wore it once, and discovered that the sweater ripped. I tried returning the sweater to the same location but they told me since I wore it, I could not return it. I explained that I had my receipt and at least they could give me an in store credit. The worker said no. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was none available I was told. I ask for a phone call back. Additionally, I called the other location, explained to Chrissy what happened, and she actually apologized for the other store's behavior and accepted my return back. I actually just exchanged it for something else of the same value. It's not right for someone to purchase something and the product defaults yet the customer is supposed to take the loss! NOT COOL! At least Chrissy didn't see it that way and the store can stand to have her train the workers at the other location. I was so appreciative of the way she handled things that I will shop at that location from now on ONLY. Thank you Chrissy and may GOD BLESS YOU!”
