Having been a member of countless apartment associations across the country, no association can top the value that the Apartment Association of Ft Wayne provides! From day one, Peggy and Hope did a tremendous job of making me feel welcome. There are so many benefits of membership and I am so glad that Trash Butler joined!

Excellent team of courteous and hard working people. The time that I have been a member of the AAFW has been amazing. There are plenty of opportunities for both management companies and vendors to connect with each other and develop long term successful relationships. Their committees are a great way to develop industry connections and meet likeminded people and it is an all around fun place to be!

AAFW-NEI is a great resource for communities and vendors alike. The staff does a great job of running the organization and communicate quickly and efficiently.

The staff is wonderful. They are overly polite and willing to help with all your housing/apartment needs. They also aid in the hiring process, vendor contracts, cleaning services, etc. All around helpful in the apartment industry! Highly recommend.
