Sweaty Buddha

I love this studio. The instructors are kind and helpful. Super clean and plenty of showers available. The room is large enough so you can comfortably have your own space. I attended my first hot yoga class here about 5 years ago and was welcomed with open arms. Now I am addicted!

Amazing! It was my first time visiting and I loved it! The instructor was really friendly. Class sizes weren't too large. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with it being my first time. The heat is definately something that I will have to get used to. Just registered for my second class. Would highly recommend!!!

I love this place and I love the owners! They are two sisters that decided to bring a little more peace and relaxation into the world and thus was born a Sweaty Buddha baby. They are very laid back and happy to help you learn and explain things to you as you go along. Wendii is a sweetheart of a teacher and Kelly points out all the benefits of each pose on your entire physical body. I look forward to many classes to come!

Hot Yoga is the perfect activity to engage in as you age. It works on core strength, flexibility and balance. All three things are important aspects of healthy aging and this is a studio that allows you to practice with no judgement but lots of guidance so that you can maximize your time. The air exchange makes this studio surprisingly comfortable with the room set up allowing practitioners to pick the level of hot that best works for them personally. The environment is friendly and drama free. 😍

I love practicing here. Both the staff and the students are down to earth and friendly. None of the pretenses or cliques sometimes found at other studios. The studio has a refined yet minimalist decor and is always spotless. The practice room is fantastic as they keep it hot, but not overbearing, and the air is circulated via a fresh air exchange. The teaching emphasis seems to be on embracing all students exactly where they are and creating a positive space for growth. Recommended.
