My massage with Cortney was truly an amazing experience! I came in for a 60 min relaxation massage, having really bad tension and knots. Prior to the session, she took the time to address all my concerns and tailored the session to my specific needs. Not only was it relaxing but I actually felt relief from the pain I’ve been feeling. I’m looking forward to my next massage! She is attentive, great listener and amazing therapist! I highly recommend Colysa Therapies.

I love my massages from Cortney! She has a fabulous little relaxing room and a great touch! I generally prefer a medium touch massage for my maintenance routine of massage but she has broad skills and gives a deep massage when the need arises. Manual lymphatic drainage is not a skill you find everywhere and great when you need it! I am a retired massage therapist and picky when it comes to massage – Cortney is a great find!

I went to Colysa Therapies for the first time ever and recieved Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLDM). All I can tell you is that I ended up falling asleep, dreaming and snoring. MLDM is a very gentle stroking technique, where by the lymph fluid is moved gently through out the body from neck to feet. This process takes about 50 minutes. She uses lavender water and has a very soothing selection of serene sounds. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I try to see Cortney as often as I can since I live pretty far. She’s always very professional and accommodating. Not only does she give a great massage but I genuinely enjoy my time spent talking to her. Can’t wait for my next appointment! :)
