There have been times I have shower up early to pick up and called to tell them I was running late to return and they never gave me any problems. Cars are always clean. And I usually have my deposit back within 24hrs. The longest I waited was 48hrs.”

A worker who had just transferred to this location came out and greeted me, was courteous and professional. They had the other cars out quickly and went through all the checks on my car.
