“Love this location!! I usually rental 1-2 times a year and I have never had issues. They are always polite and quick with checking out the cars as well as returning them. There have been times I have shower up early to pick up and called to tell them I was running late to return and they never gave me any problems. Cars are always clean. And I usually have my deposit back within 24hrs. The longest I waited was 48hrs.”

“I worked at Rocky Creek Village many years back. I worked in the model center as a receptionist and did several other duties that the other employees would not get off their butts and do. So I transferred to home health care which was awesome everyone in their did their jobs and worked hard. And I never found the part owner Mr Lupo to be an unreasonable person. For what it's worth, there were occasions when family members would just drop their elderly relatives at the model center and just leave them there. Sad. I remember one elderly woman who did not want to be there and was very depressed when she first got there very unhappy but within a week she was getting her hair done she was socializing and always had a smile on her face. maintenance department was the worst very hard to get them to do anything. None of them spoke English so maybe they didn't understand. I don't know but it was frustrating. Yes there were roaches even back then and termites and other issues but the mobile homes were older and it is Florida so it's kind of hard to keep up on that but I agree the conditions definitely could have been better. My evaluation would be that it is a place for low income people as the rents were low and included electricity. I'm not going to put the place down because I seen how it did so much good for the elderly. Always activities going on and for the most part the residents seemed content with their lives at Rocky Creek Village”

“I made an online reservation. That process along with the preregistration was quick and efficient. I received a confirmation the day prior which was also quick. I was able to check in early. The economy car wasn’t available, so they picked one up from the location close by. My trip was to the west coast and my fuel costs were minimal. The car was clean and comfortable. I was able to return it on Monday instead of Sunday night after hours. They even dropped me off at work a mile down the road. Will rent again!!”

“Needed a car as mine was stolen, I always hate renting a car just because the rates are extremely high and it’s not something you get back , and I’ve had issues with the other car rental companies saying they found a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t there previously just so they wouldn’t have to give me back my deposit. I’ve never been to this enterprise but was pleasantly surprised at the service and turnaround in getting me a vehicle the car was cleaned well and very nice and I even got an upgrade for whatever reason whether it was because they had no small economy cars or if he just felt bad because I’m a 6’4 man trying to fit my tall butt in a smart car.. overall very professional and would work with them again if needed.. still wish the rates were just a little cheaper but seems to be the business and not the location .”

“Representative was very nice and helpful. Line was long because Enterprise was the ONLY car rental agency open due to the covid-19 pandemic. Only one representative was there for a bit. He did a great job of getting the line quickly down. The second employee arrived and was just as friendly and quick. The customer In front of me cussed the employee because he did not have a reservation and no cars were available. The employee handled it with such professionalism and grace. Got a really great deal using my points and the Ford F150 was so awesome that I hated to take it back. Great service! Hope everyone can learn to be kind to retail workers. They are doing the best they can during a very difficult time. Much thanks to these two employees. And to Enterprise for being open when no other rental agency was. Enterprise and these two employees sure earned our respect and loyalty!”
