Always friendly. Always work to get the best rate for me. Enterprise is the only choice for me generally, and the Buechel Kentucky location specifically.

Was picked up promptly brought to car shop, picked up car with no delays, had keep car for extra day due to completion of work, no issues. Returned car with wick service and taken get my car. Very professional and friendly!!

Needed a car as mine was stolen, I always hate renting a car just because the rates are extremely high and it’s not something you get back , and I’ve had issues with the other car rental companies saying they found a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t there previously just so they wouldn’t have to give me back my deposit. I’ve never been to this enterprise but was pleasantly surprised at the service and turnaround in getting me a vehicle the car was cleaned well and very nice and I even got an upgrade for whatever reason whether it was because they had no small economy cars or if he just felt bad because I’m a 6’4 man trying to fit my tall butt in a smart car.. overall very professional and would work with them again if needed.. still wish the rates were just a little cheaper but seems to be the business and not the location .
