Wheelchair Transport

I highly recommend Wheelchair Transport. Claude helped my mom get to her doctor's appointment. He was punctual, professional and kind. My mom liked the side entrance ramp to his van and riding with Claude.

Wonderful experience. Driver was personable, know, ledgeable, and safety minded. He arrived on time, took me into my appt., and arrived back at the correct time to pick me up. I will use again.
As an update to this review, I justwant to say that the service has only improved. I have moved since I last used Wheelchair Transport, and I wasn't sure what what I would do when I found myself stranded in emergency in the " hospital maze" in St. Matthews at rush hour during Derby Week! I called WT and when Claude answered he remembered me immediately, and made arrangements to pick me up and take me to my new home, which is some distance from St. Matthews! This is the absolute height of customer service, and I was not surprised.

I rarely write reviews, but with this company, I felt compelled! Claude is awesome. He is always pleasant, courteous, punctual, and his van is always spick & span clean. Have used on numerous occasions transport my 95 year old Mother to and from Dr's appointments. If you need transport services, call Claude -- he won't let you down!

This was my first experience using a service to transport my disabled daughter. It was a great experience. Claude was on time, personable, professional, van was very clean. I couldn't be happier with the experience, we've already made reservations for several more outings. Will definitely be using again and again. Highly recommend.
