Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made an online reservation. That process along with the preregistration was quick and efficient. I received a confirmation the day prior which was also quick. I was able to check in early. The economy car wasn’t available, so they picked one up from the location close by. My trip was to the west coast and my fuel costs were minimal. The car was clean and comfortable. I was able to return it on Monday instead of Sunday night after hours. They even dropped me off at work a mile down the road. Will rent again!!

Reserved at the airport and was told I could not rent because I did not have a major credit card or returning flight. Referred to Enterprise S. Hurstbourne Rd where they took great care of me no questions asked! Considering my morning of consistent rejection because of not having things such as a return flight itinerary, their help and consideration was very much appreciated.

I rate Enterprise between 3 and 4 out of 5. The process for renting (online) and picking up the vehicle (in-petson) was efficient and fast. The staff were very friendly and kind. However, the vehicle wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. Once I got home, I had to clean not only its windshield (exterior and interior) but also the rest of the windows, side mirrors, and interior mirror. Also, the tires seemed too worn and slipped easily; so, it didn’t feel safe. I liked the option of returning the vehicle outside of operating hours.
