“We recently needed a new water heater. After contacting 3 different companies, Dauenhauer had the best price with warranty and was available the soonest. The plumber, Mark was very patient in answering all of my questions and in giving me 3 separate quotes. After all was said and done, we have a great water heater, with a good warranty, and he replaced our toilet seal. After the first positive experience I called them when our sink wouldn't drain and my snake wasn't long enough to get through the clog. The new technician that came out, listened to me.... I knew where the clog was and he didn't argue! In less than 30 minutes my sink was draining and he on his way.”
