“We used Fenwick for over a year to store or twenty-five foot motor home under what's basically a pole barn with aluminum sides. Additionally we had 30 Amp AC power service. Never had a issue with the power. While we were shopping for the location we occasionally had an issue with unreturned calls but once we were there we had no problems. They billed us via our credit card monthly. I never had an issue with billing. There's younger gentleman who works there who went out of his way twice to really help us out. If we hadn't sold our motorhome we would still be there. Definitely a good and safe location for storage..The roads are maintained gravel. I wish they would install a keypad at car level...they are both at truck level. Other than that, no issues. Thank you, Fenwick!”

“I am a Contractor with a 70,000 gallon pool. Ventilation is imperative for epoxy. NIce smelling water paint is garbage that won't stick.Try the latex if you can't intelligently protect yourself with active measures. Preparation is everything. Power mixing for time specified means power mixed for time specified.. No more that 48 hrs. between coats otherwise sand whole thing. Induction time is imperative. 30 minutes if in doubt of temperature of paint . Take pic of instructions on can and zoom up. Read and reread. I use a non contact thermometer for situational awareness for application, mindful of avoiding the sun until their superb black epoxy dura seal or other epoxy paint sets overnight and turns into a tile glaze like finish. Be sure to cast sand on walking surfaces ( it will pop off leaving behind a fossilized good traction surface) or you will be sorry. Their Epoxy paint is no question the best on the market and most economical in the long run.”

“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent!
