Their heart and soul was genuinely into the high quality of care they give. I witnessed the staff here taking care of who they felt were their own family. The beer selection is large enough to find something you'll like but not overwhelming. They let you sample them as well so you don't have to be afraid to try something new. The atmosphere is great. “We were visiting family in Louisville and were craving some fried chicken! We found Big Momma’s Soul Kitchen and our family of four ordered just about everything on the menu! My 9 year old daughter said the Mac n cheese was “mind blowing” and my son and I gobbled up the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and some fried chicken. SO DELICIOUS!!! It was quick and you really got a ton of food for your money. My husband got a side of ribs which was almost an entree portion and they were so tender and juicy! The sauce was delicious! The fried chicken was crispy, tender, and full of flavor. The corn bread comes with your meal and it was also very tasty. My 6 year old son gave all the food “100 stars”. Everyone working there was incredibly nice and welcoming!! Thanks Big Momma for a fantastic home cooked meal!”

“My first time here. A friend highly recommended it. I have to say I agree with her. The employees were very personable. I ask the young man if the rib was tender because my mom has dentures. He actually went back and got a rib and cut off bones that were super tender. I was very impressed that he would do that for me/her. The food was delicious and they give you large portions. “Food is never ready for pickup. All the time. 30 minutes late and one driver had to wait over an hour for a simple order. Update to be fair the one star was for the lateness of the orders however I did try some of their foods on many occasions and I give the food 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To be fair I went back a few times after a break. 4 more times and it was a totally different experience. Everything on time. Excellent service. Their tables were mostly filled with people and their foods and workers seemed relaxed. I put Buffalo Wild Wings on top as best places to eat and pick up. 5 ⭐ for food and service!!!!”
