“By far the best customer service I’ve ever received. I was in a rush to purchase simple black leather gloves for fox hunting, the first meet fast approaching. I ordered two pairs (one pair was out of stock) but didn’t look closely enough at the pics online so when the gloves arrived they weren’t right for the intended purpose. I called the owner who answered promptly and explained my situation and what I needed. Just like that, he sent me not one, but two pairs from which to choose without me even having sent the first pairs back. Not to mention, I now had three pairs and only had paid for two. To top it off, he sent me a return label which even the major online tack shops don’t do. I paid $800 for hunting gear from a different, much company and I had to pay for my own shipping to exchange the items. Needless to say, I’ll always buy my tack and attire from The Hitching Post first. This kind of service is pretty much nonexistent whatever the price point.”
