I have tried other BMW service centers in Louisville, but Harrods Creek’s professionalism and reasonable pricing has made me a loyal customer.

They did a great job - very timely too - and the staff has been excellent. I'm super impressed with BOTH the service and taking the time to check on it afterwards!! Thanks a million for the beautiful new tires for our car, for helping in so many ways, for your expertise and knowledge. Everything was fully explained, so any customer would feel at ease. Wonderful experience!
