We actually paid less for our smoker through them then we would’ve at Home Depot or Lowe’s because of this. They assembled it for us quickly and offered to deliver it for free. Now they send us helpful coupons for future purchases and sent us a nice handwritten thank you from the owners.”

“I called to verify they had a trailer in stock like it showed online, as I was coming from Tijeras. The gentleman (Nathan I believe) was super nice and placed me on hold to verify they had the trailer. They had it and so headed to pick it up. There was an issue with paperwork so I returned the following day to take the trailer home. The General Manager, Patricia, and Nathan were all more than polite, professional, and courteous. Staff like this make me come back. Things happen, it’s how you handle them that makes the difference. Thank you all again it was a pleasure getting this trailer!!!”
