The store employee that waited on me was not wearing a mask.

Less than 2 hours after I posted a review on Newport Cleaners in Brannon Crossing, the owner, Jordan McCoy, called me to say the problem (employee not wearing a mask) had been handled. I was very impressed that he stayed on top of the reviews, and that he took the time to call me personally. I will have no problem going back into the store and feeling safe. Thank you so much Mr McCoy for handling this so promptly and professionally.

We started using Newport cleaners because their prices were the best and the had a quick turnaround time. We grew to love Newport cleaners based on their outstanding customer service! Love this place and will continue to use it as our #1 choice for dry cleaning!
