Jessamine County Public Library in a Box

Alister at Lake Lynn is an apartment complex I can highly recommend. My experience there has been quiet, peaceful, safe, and the staff very reliable.
The new management has made many campus improvements including trimming trees and bushes, thus improving visibility and safety, not to mention aesthetics.
The individual post office boxes are situated under an outdoor roof containing eight canned lights. Previously, only one light was ever working, keeping it dim and dingy; now all 8 are lit bright as day; so much easier to retrieve the mail when you can read what is in your box.
Apartment locks have been changed. General repairs are done promptly, and the office staff is experienced, informed, capable, and positive. They have been gracious and hospitable in all my interactions with them for questions and apartment needs.
The campus trees were full of color this fall, and the leaves have been blown into piles and removed. The staff’s diligence and promptness in the details is a reflection of their professionalism and work ethic. Again, highly recommend!!!

If it weren't for the new management company taking over the previous "The Mark" apartments, I would be leaving a 1 star review and going on about how terrible this place is, like everyone else on these reviews. However, The Mark was bought out and is now called Alister Lake Lynn and the new management company is amazing. Truly if I had not already signed a lease at a new location, I would have renewed and continued in living in my current apartment. I have full faith that their maintenance team could have quickly and efficiently addressed all my issues in my place. Marquis is probably the best maintenance manager I have ever worked with in my life. He truly knows his stuff and it shows that he actually cares about what he is doing. His team is also a delight to work with. I cannot remember all the names of those who work at the office, but everyone that works for this company thus far has really impressed me. Despite the poor previous reviews, I would 10/10 recommend Alister Lake Lynn. I feel confident that their team will turn this complex around. Thank you Mill Creek Management! Keep crushing it.
