“I called them an hour and half before closing on Saturday, Nov 10th, 2018 in desperate need of an oil change, They had me come right in, even though they were close to closing time. I chose "the works" because it was a great deal and they got it done and had me outta there in no time. The waiting area was very clean, Steve (possibly the manager)was extremely helpful, without being pushy. He offered me bottled water and coffee. I definitely recommend this place, I was informed about what I need to have fixed and given fair/competitive quotes to do so. We will be back. Working with Chris was great, he made everything easy to understand. Great place to go especially if your like me and get so nervous taking your car in when you know nothing about them. “Never had a problem with scheduling or with the appointments themselves, I drive a work vehicle and the staff are always very prompt about getting me through. However, as I drive a service vehicle, I keep a stock of parts in the back seats. The staff apparently thought this was all trash and proceeded to throw the plastic seat covers and paper floor mats on top of my parts after conclusion of service. Definitely rude, but is the only issue I've had in three years.”

“I had a wonderful experience with car star this being my first time they kept me updated regularly and got my car done fast and customer service was excellent EXCEPT......... for the fact I had 90 miles in my gas tank when the tow truck came to get my car and when I picked my car up it only had 40 miles of gas left... given the locations it needed to he there is no way it should only have that much left in my tank...”
