Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered a shield for my leather helmet and the craftsmanship this company has is incredible. After receiving it I ordered two more shields to present as an appreciation to people who helped take care of our fallen brother, and the people at Sam Brown went above and beyond to make those gifts perfect! The family of the fallen firefighter were astonished when they saw what this company had done for them.
