(November 17, 2022, 9:24 am)It has been a great experience so far renting from Realiant. The minimal initial maintenance issues we had moving in were fixed in less than 24 hours. This summer we had issues with our gutters, they were there in 24 hours and fixed everything. I have never rented from a place that had such a quick turn around in maintenance. The office staff has always been kind and helpful anytime I have ever called. My family is very happy and we look forward to continue to call their house OUR home!

They have always been super nice and easy if we have any maintenance requests.
