My twin daughters went through the process with Invisalign and let me tell you within no time their teeth were straight and beautiful, any bumps in the road along the way Chasity went above and beyond for my girls and honestly she is the reason we went with Invisalign cause from the first time I called and spoke with Chasity I asked " Is there a benefit to Invisalign over traditional braces"? “My wife and I went there today for a routine check up and teeth cleaning. We were able to get an appointment with only 10 days notice whereas several other dental offices I called were booked until next month. The lady at the front who checked us in was very polite and professional and the technician who took our x-rays was extremely friendly and bubbly. The dentist, Dr. Revel, was awesome, she personally did our exam and cleaning and was incredibly friendly and very thorough, she gave us good advice on our dental needs and was even fun to talk with, her and my wife had a great conversation. Overall very pleased with our experience, will definitely be coming back and recommending others.”

“Dr. Wheeler, her staff, and the entire facility are made for children. The hygienists are wonderful with children who are nervous or have a terrible gag reflex. They are gentle and kind, and their experience working with children of all ages and needs is evident. Appointments are always thorough but quick, and the staff takes time to answer questions or concerns at appointments as well as on the phone in urgent situations. Highly recommend Dr. Wheeler’s office!”

“I have been in treatment along with my 12 year old son now for about 9 months and I love having Dr. Tipton as my Orthodontics. He is really a caring person.After he put in braces the same following week-end he called me over the week-end off hours to make sure everything was o.k. and he also did the same for my son. He is very good about listening to his patients, and is very patient, and very respectful to them as well. He also gave my son and I a really nice spin brush for our treatment. to get us started. He has a really great personality. He has a very good sense of humor, and works really well with children and adults. He knows how to put a smile on your face and brighten your day. His staff members are really friendly as well and make you feel like you are part of a family. If I had to pick who is my favorite staff member , I would have to say Leslie. She is very patient, kind, and very gentle, funny and very out going too! She too listens to you and she is very compassionate!! My son really likes Nicole, and Leslie too. But, that is if I had to pick from Nicholasville office. They all are very nice people. I have also been in his office in Lexington too and it to is a really nice office. If you are waiting on someone in the lobby you can grab you a sit and relax with a cup of coffee or cup of hot coco too while you wait. The staff members there are very friendly as well. Dr. Tipton tries every way possible to make sure your treatment is the best treatment for you. He has seen me on very short notice more than once. He has even worked through his lunch once for me as well. He puts you first!! :) If you are looking for a very good Orthodontic I highly recommend that you see Dr. Tipton first!!”

“Clean, Safe & Friendly Dr. Morris and the staff are simply great! Even in these times having a welcoming and friendly feel can be challenging, however they do a really good of making you feel welcomed and safe. I recently got my braces off and the result blew past any original expectations I had. Dr. Morris pays extreme attention to every detail of your smile. She’s upfront, honest and is not trying to string you along just to get money. Originally I was supposed to have my braces for 2 years and some change however I’m glad to say it ended up only taking a year and a half, after listening and following Dr. Morris’s instructions. Now I know everyones experience is/will be different but I’d much rather have a experience with someone who under promises (hearing more time than wanting to hear) and over Delivers! Than someone who over promises and under delivers!”

“I can't even begin to sing enough praises of my visit. We are a military family so we constantly are switching dentists. My overall experience; I hate the dentist, I avoid them like the plague. I do my yearly checkup and am diligent about home care. I have never been to a dentist who didn't inflict more pain that it is worth. All this being said I had a tooth break. I visited another dentist in Brannon Crossing who told me I would need a root canal. Out of pocket cost $600. I sat in that chair and cried, this is not an expense in our budget or most people's. I got approval to get a second opinion and went to Witty. Dr. Witty said she didn't think I would need a root canal. Went in for the service today. Not only did I not need a root canal but it is the first time in 35 years I did not hate the dentist and suffer in pain. Even the shot didn't hurt. Add to this the compassion in this office. I am blown away. I may actually do my every 6 month cleanings. People you should know I am a huge cry baby when it comes to dental work, natural child birth a walk in the park, dental work no way. For me to say this was great is saying a lot. Not to mention paying half what I expected. Thank you Dr. Witty and staff. You are super heroes.”

“We have been going to Tracy Smile for many, many years and I didn’t think my young daughter would go after a few Dentists here in town were so disappointing, but she loved them and I love the way Dr. Entabi always explains what is going to happen and then someone comes in after the visit and explains what the plan and how much it’s going to be. I love Erica my hygienist. She is amazing. I love that they have the latest equipment and they can put a crown in the same day. Everyone has their own experiences and opinion but I have nothing but the best experience there.”
