(August 18, 2019, 6:20 pm)Excellent service unless you are just there to pick up or drop off, while someone else is buying diamonds. You can wait a very long time for assistance, in this situation. I don't like the priority placed on customers who are spending the most money. I would rather shop online than go into the store for items that the employees aren't expecting a large commission on. I've been left standing, while sales person spotted a potentially large diamond sale they didn't want to miss out on. Understandable that they'd want to get that sale but still very rude.

(April 23, 2019, 6:10 pm)Priscilla and Kevin took care of me 100%. I came in looking for a particular ring and Priscilla treated me like an old friend. Kevin was very patient when I came back a few days later and made me feel like they are here for me, and I could take all the time I needed. I really love how they took care of me! Jareds has always treated me amazing.
