“The folks at Urb’s were able to schedule me for next day service and the work was finished at the anticipated time. Honda specifies a full synthetic oil and only Honda transmission fluid for my vehicle. I was glad to learn that Urb’s was already aware of this and that’s what they used. The work done on my vehicle falls into the category of preventive maintenance and I saved a good deal of $ at Urb’s vs.going to a dealer which I had always done previously. This was my first time going to Urb’s and I plan to return for service/repairs in the future.”

“I have known the owner, Tim, for some time. He is a knowledgeable mechanic, and honest. Its a hard combo to find, it seems. On-Site works on boats, personal vehicles, large diesels (dump trucks, flat beds, dozers, tractors, etc.), and many others. You can bring your equipment to his shop in Erlanger Ky, or he has a mobile truck set up for repairs and maintenance at your work site. Tim also stands behind his work. He will treat you fairly.”

“I have to say, Comming to line-x in Northern kentucky was one of my best experiences ever. Well it is the best experience I ever had!!! I live in indiana and you really can't find a place better than line-x. The work they did on my 2014 f150 was amazing!!!!! My 2014 is definitely a show room truck bed!! Thats not all they did also. They educated me on the product they used on my vehicle. They will make sure you are 100% satisfied and you will be . They also did my rear inner fenders and it was amazing as the bed. I am going back to get the under coat and the rust prevention in a week !!! Witch I highly recommend to anyone who has a truck or suv. Also the warranty they give you is really good.
