“We were in Florence, KY when our car developed issues. We called AAA and they called Taylor Truck to come and tow us to a garage. We were told it would be up to a 65 minute wait. Luckily our driver, Daniel, was there in maybe 40-45 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel looked at the car to see if he could get it started, but our electrical system was shot. We had no choice but to tow it. He gave us the address and directions to the garage he was taking the car to. He dropped us off at the rental car office on his way. Having a car break down is never a good feeling, but Daniel made us feel a little better by taking care of us and our car. Thanks!”
