My phone was taking a very long time to back up. But she did whatever she could to make sure that I left that store with my new phone. I am very please and felt that she deserved recognition. The store manager Max greeted me and took care of everything I needed. I will definitely be doing all my business at this location from now on. It was a wonderful experience
