“Friendly staff here! We came in thirty minutes before closing on a Sunday, but they were happy to serve. Even when my order got messed up they were glad to fix it. If you’ve never been to a Graeter’s, I strongly recommend getting something with their chocolate chips. Not only because they are known for them, but because they are amazingly delicious! Salted Caramel Chip and S’mores are some of my favorites. If you wanna be truly indulgent, get a sundae. Of course their hot fudge is great, but the butterscotch is absolutely perfect, too!”

“I played a bit of hotel roulette when I booked this trip, and I was NOT disappointed. The rooms at this hotel are very clean and up to date. The surrounding area is VERY quiet except for the train, but you can barely hear it inside. The caltrain station is a short walk from the hotel. There is a small parking lot out front, parking along the back and some underground parking as well. My pet sitter canceled on me so I had to walk my dog a few times a day and had no issues walking her around at night, and the hotel even has a small dog spot on the property with little baggies and everything. One of the best residence inn breakfasts I've seen: scrambled & boiled eggs, meats, yogurt, fresh chopped fruit, toppings, oats, cereals, assorted breads, waffles, coffee, and juices.”

“I currently work at this McDonald’s and we are far from perfect but a lot of the staff are people trying their best at their first job.The managers have always treated their crew as equals no matter their age.During rush hours it can be rough but from an inside perspective it’s nice to see every person working together.Hopefully anyone who sees this review will remember that everyone that works there is human, therefore most of the time if there’s any mistakes with an order 99% of the time we will fix it.”

“It's Skyline Time when we visit from out of town. After living in Cincinnati for 7 years, this restaurant chain offers an opportunity to jump back in as a local when we visit our family. I ordered the 5 way--the best way to eat it! This location had mirrors that enlarged the space and our server was absolutely remarkable! She was attentive and genuine in how she served us and others around us. The staff here was delightful and we'll be back on our next trip to northern Kentucky.”
