“Not a single one of these negative reviews reflect the hospital. I was so scared to be admitted after I tried to overdose because of the reviews. Every single staff member was so caring and trusting. They truly do care about your mental and physical health. They care about everyone’s safety as well. I truly do believe the ONLY ones who had anything negative to say were just being combative and difficult. This hospital is absolutely amazing. The therapists were phenomenal and the psychiatrist I worked with was as well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who is struggling.”

“The girl at the front desk was very helpful but the appointment I secured the night before at the kiosk was now not available. I had no choice but to come back in the afternoon. They were very apologetic. I went into the store to go shopping and they called me within 5 minutes and said that they could squeeze me in since the next appointment hadn't arrived yet. I don't think the computer malfunction was their fault so I was very happy they were able to squeeze me in!”
