“Excellent service unless you are just there to pick up or drop off, while someone else is buying diamonds. You can wait a very long time for assistance, in this situation. I don't like the priority placed on customers who are spending the most money. I would rather shop online than go into the store for items that the employees aren't expecting a large commission on. I've been left standing, while sales person spotted a potentially large diamond sale they didn't want to miss out on. Understandable that they'd want to get that sale but still very rude.”
