He and his staff are so good, we still see him regularly at his Independence Office. He is thorough and compassionate and we love that you never have to wait very long , usually no more than 10 minutes when you see him. “I was very skeptical moving into this apartment, but only because I moved from a house. However after I moved in I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these apartments really were. When I moved in, everything was in perfect working order, they were just sealing my bathroom which was a plus and brand new carpet. The sliding glass door had been damaged prior to my move, a quick call to Jacquie ( thank you so much for everything you and your team did for me and my family) she had the door fixed that day while I was at work. The grounds were always kept clean and the neighbors were always amazing and easy to deal with. Jacquie and her team were always throwing fun parties and events for the community which brought everyone together and we could mingle and meet one another. The maintenance staff were also amazing making sure any issues were solved ASAP and again while I was away which was welcome when I came home. Overall had I not been moving to Lexington, I would have stayed here even longer.”

“Just recently I purchased the Servatii Complete Party Pack and received a call from Barb asking how I would like my cake decorated. I explained to her that the party was for a Sip and See ( a party after the baby is born) because due to Coronavirus I was unable to have my Baby Shower, I told her that she could do whatever she liked on the cake and she said she would do flowers. When I picked up all the amazing food on Saturday, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the cake was. It was really special to me that this person took the time to decorate this cake with such expertise and care. Also the food was delicious and guest kept complimenting as well. If anyone ever ask me about catering a party I will be sending them to Servatii for the Complete Party Pack. Thank you so very much for making me and my baby’s day so wonderful.”

“Had to go to the emergency room last night. I ended up going to St Elizabeth in Covington and I could not have made a better choice. My blood pressure was running high and I needed help immediately. Nurse Jay came out and called me back before the lady even got me finished with registering. They called in a team of nurses and a doctor and got my blood work done, got me treated and got my blood pressure down. Every single member of the staff treated me like family with kindness and respect and the utmost of care. I knew I was in good hands as soon as nurse Jay came out to get me. She treated me so nice and kind and everyone else there did as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this emergency room for anyone who appreciates being treated kind and with excellent care by professionals.”
