“Not a single one of these negative reviews reflect the hospital. I was so scared to be admitted after I tried to overdose because of the reviews. Every single staff member was so caring and trusting. They truly do care about your mental and physical health. They care about everyone’s safety as well. I truly do believe the ONLY ones who had anything negative to say were just being combative and difficult. This hospital is absolutely amazing. The therapists were phenomenal and the psychiatrist I worked with was as well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who is struggling.”

“Pretty good school, my son & niece's & nephew's went there. What I liked best was how personal it is. The office staff knew all the kid's first names & knew which kid's went with what parent's. Also like the fact that kindergarten is all day verses half day compared to some of the school's in the northern KY area. I feel that when they only go half day's everything is crammed & they actually learn when going all day.”

“My mother was at Villaspring Care Facility Erlanger Ky with St. Elizabeth hospice services between March 7th 2023 and March 13th 2023 when she went to be with the Lord. From the time we met with Peyton, the admission liaison for Villa until my mom passed truly was the best experience we could have asked for. My mom was well cared for by the nursing staff. Remarkably mother was able to participate in a few of the activities (God bless the activity leader) and she thoroughly enjoyed her time in Wednesday Bible study with Jim. Mom seemed happy and at peace her entire stay. We felt confident in her care team which allowed us a family to simply enjoy her. Thanks and God's blessings to all the Villa Care Team!”

After some communication challenges, Ryan has responded and we are working on a resolution. Update: I've received a refund back for the extra charges. “Great service, the forklift guys are quick to unload but if you are a truck driver it's absolutely ridiculous trying to turn around in the lot. No one trys to help and tell you when to stop. They look at you and that's it. They need to make room for us truck driver's to actually turn around without hitting something. All in all great service besides trying to turn around”

“Thank you isn’t enough! Our original movers baled after 1 hr of loading the truck. Called & spoke with Kirk, he put out a call to his team. Garret & David are the best. They came in our time if need & called in Brandon @ midnight & he came! Finally had the truck unloaded at 4 am. They even set up my bed! They went over and above anything we could ask. Definitely recommend! Very professional, caring, considerate & more. Even when I couldn’t find the kitty, they kept their eyes open for him & found him hiding. What a breath of relief. They are a God send!”

“Used Select for years as my termite inspections and also previous home owners as well for termite removals. 6 years and no new activities after their treatment. We also had a bad ant problem one summer and no issues. Prices very reasonable and techs were also prompt and courteous and never tried to upsell on the service calls. Would recommend highly in tri-state area to anyone.”
