“So the customer service is a bit unconventional. No, they will not kiss up to you when they call, but they do take care of their customers. Cliff is the owner. He's rough around edges, but once you meet him you realize he's a heck of a nice guy. But the work they do... WOW. We went through Cliff to get a custom Amish kitchen table made. It was built to our specifications and it's beautiful. It's heavy duty stuff! It is not cheap, but you can tell it will last five lifetimes.”

“Great service, the forklift guys are quick to unload but if you are a truck driver it's absolutely ridiculous trying to turn around in the lot. No one trys to help and tell you when to stop. They look at you and that's it. They need to make room for us truck driver's to actually turn around without hitting something. All in all great service besides trying to turn around”

“Thank you isn’t enough! Our original movers baled after 1 hr of loading the truck. Called & spoke with Kirk, he put out a call to his team. Garret & David are the best. They came in our time if need & called in Brandon @ midnight & he came! Finally had the truck unloaded at 4 am. They even set up my bed! They went over and above anything we could ask. Definitely recommend! Very professional, caring, considerate & more. Even when I couldn’t find the kitty, they kept their eyes open for him & found him hiding. What a breath of relief. They are a God send!”

“Holy cow is this place huge and impressive! It sits on top of a huge hill by it's lonesome to let everyone know that they are there. Staff is super friendly. I've been to countless different PF's across the country in the last 3 years and this was the only PF where the staff who recognized I was a out of towner offered a tour of the gym. Very nice touch and made me feel welcomed. This is definitely one of the largest PF's in the country with huge swaths of space. If you seem yourself as introverted, this place has so much space that even when it's packed, you can find a area by your lonesome to workout unbothered. Now I do want to rate this place 5* and it kinda pains me to give it *4 but the bathrooms and locker room weren't clean. Other than that, great gym!”
