Always very clean and cozy. Staff is awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed sound bathing last fall! I’ve had a couple yoga classes with Carrie who rocks, she’s the real deal.

This is a very inviting and nonjudgmental environment to practice yoga. I have feel the relaxing vibes every time I walk in. The instructors are amazing. All levels of practice are welcome. Please come try a class and you will discover that I am right. 🧘☺️🧘

So happy that we have a yoga studio in Berea again. It’s a very nice welcoming studio, a little bit out of the way but experienced teachers make it worth the drive. They offer various classes from Pilates to yin. The studio follows covid safety measures which was important to me getting back into group sessions. Highly recommend!
