Barnes Mill Animal Hospital

Desperately needed insulin for my cat, no one else in town had that brand in stock, usually I order it through chewy online! My cats home pet clinic, had gotten a request for the insulin through fax. Two days went by and they didn't fill it, when the pharmacist at chewy, called to get an okay to fill prescription over the phone they told her there was no veterinarian there to fill it and it is an all night Animal Hospital!
They told me that it had to be a fax, they wouldn't fill a prescription for "Chewy" over the phone verbally!? They requested a two to three day notice for any prescription refill!
I would have, been out of INSULIN that night after 3 days trying to get it.
Barnes Mill pulled through for me!? They just had to get my cat's records from the other Hospital ❣️
Barnes Mill hospital called me back in about 3 hours and said I could come pick up the insulin no problems no questions very courteous he's never even been seen there before seems like they're more interested in the pets life than they are the money didn't feel that way about the other place so I am changing veterinarians and taking him there from now on for checkups? Also very nice and courteous I couldn't get there until 15 minutes after they closed and there was someone there to give it to me you can't beat that service! 😊😻❣️

Always helpful and professional. I've been taking dogs to Dr. Jack for 20+ years. Actually care about your pet and you, not just the bill. (Unless it's a duck 😂)

Dr. Taylor is one of the kindest humans I have ever met and the staff is incredible. You can tell they care so much and they treat your pet like their own. They truly go above and beyond
