Devin Ramsey completely blew my expectations out of the water. I had considered listing my home myself but I decided to give her a call at the last minute. I was skeptical at first of her opinion for the price of my home but apparently house prices have went up since I bought many years ago. She told me to trust her and once I let her take control, she had my home sold the next day for full price which was much more than I was going to ask for it. If it weren't for Devin I would have gotten much less for my home and would have had to have done it all alone. Devin made this process so effortless and I cannot thank her enough. She was there for me from start to finish with no hesitation.

My husband and I are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Having always lived in the Deep South, it was always our dream to live somewhere where we could experience all four seasons. We’ve always wanted to experience the leaves changing in fall, or to have a chance for snow in the winter. Well my husband recently retired and we began searching immediately, mostly through Zillow. Much to our surprise, we had difficulty with getting realtors to return our calls. It was very frustrating, because almost as fast as the properties were listed, they were being bought up. Sometimes by the time I shared the property with my husband, it would already be under contact.

Then we found a house we fell in love with in Kentucky. Our Realtor, Lonnie Arden, called us back immediately. He has gone above and beyond to get every one of our questions or concerns answered! He has walked us through every step. We will close on our dream home very soon, and we can’t thank Lonnie enough!
