“It was pretty busy when we went in there. My husband wanted some shoes from the top and he waited for like 10 minutes and the guy that said he was going to come help started stocking instead. Again, it was pretty busy so I'm sure he just forgot but it did make it to where my husband couldn't get to the shoes and he had to keep trying to take from the bottom to get to them. The shoes eventually fell but he didn't know what else to do.”
