“I've had some bad healthcare experiences maybe I came on a really good day but the front desk was very attentive and helpful and the doctor herself was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained things in laymen's terms without feeling like she was talking down to me which is always a plus. I'm not sure how this place has bad reviews aside for the fact it's always busy and appointments can be scarce at times. Their lunch times throw me off I've been here a time or two before but I finally got in today for some poison ivy treatment and it was quick and to the point they even offered to write a drs note if I needed it for work ! I went to urgent care down the street from here in Richmond and it was a heinous experience. I'll definitely be frequenting this clinic more often. Thank you!”

“This location is always super busy but I always go to this one because they work hard to make exactly what I ask for . I overheard a conversation the other day I’m assuming was from their corporate about paper work maybe not being completed .. and I got to wondering when do they even have time ? From the time they open to when they close I have never seen them standing around or not working to keep the customers happy. I know paperwork is a must but these lady’s do a great job and should be acknowledged for it . So THANK you all for always doin your best I will continue to to be a loyal customer 🙂”

“I love the store in Richmond. I go on a Thursday or any weekday in the morning and the store is more easy to navigate! There is always good deals and the place is clean That said 90% of the staff could use an attitude adjustment as it seems when you ask a question it's an issue for them to help you (i.e. the manager in the fish and meat dept.) As well as a few others.. here is a word of advice. If you don't like your job then quit but don't take it out on me!”
