“Taking time to leave a review because I noticed all of the negative ratings and I have only great things to say about Madison Peds, so here's a positive. I've taken all 3 of my children to this office since my first was born in 2017. 7 years and 3 kiddos later, I've never had a poor experience and we have been *a lot* from well checks to a serious infection, many different illnesses, and developmental concerns. I've been given referrals when I've needed them, samples when my child had the worst eczema that would not clear up no matter what we tried. I've been treated with respect by everyone in that office and always felt heard. Dr. Hazelwood has been all 3 of my kiddos doctor and he ALWAYS listens, patiently, and makes me feel like he has time to address our concerns. He is very personable with my kids and my youngest who is difficult...to say the least...and screams the entire visit every single visit and you can't even talk over her...he has never once acted frustrated or annoyed and makes sure I hear him and does his check over her all the same. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and I trust him 150%. Over the years there have been times it's been his day off and I've had an urgent situation and had to see another doctor, and I've been pleased with them all. Especially Dr. Alan Richards and Dr. Salins. Dr Richards has caught a serious infection and sent us to Lexington when my oldest was just a baby and I'll never forget that. Any other time we have seen him he's seemed very knowledgeable, and I've felt confident in his answers and thankful for his patience, too, as I like to understand what is going on and how to best help my kids get better. I recommend this practice to all new moms I know and I'm glad I have them to care for my children. If we ever move, I'll travel here anyways.”

“I was very impressed. He was willing to take baby steps with my husband. Before even seeing him my husband let me know that he was not a fan of doing a colonoscopy. So, the fact that he had devised a plan in steps was awesome. Not to mention he did all that in two point one seconds. He is very intelligent and it shows. He knew exactly what to do! Now that my husband is following his instructions he feels much better, and he only had to follow step one. I’m glad he is not in it just to get the money from the surgeries!”

“The people here are great, but the new system for calling in refills COMPLETELY STINKS! Nothing worse than talking to some 'robot lady' that constantly says "I'm sorry, I didn't get that". Walmart corporate needs to go back to the old way where when you called in a refill, you just entered the information with your phone's number pad, rather than talking to the heart attack inducing 'robot'!!!!!!”

“All staff is very friendly and professional. They remember you by name when you check in. That makes you feel great. Dr. Miller is great. He's experienced and talks to you as a person, just not babbling medical terms, but real English so it's understandable. He takes the time with you as needed for each patient to understand and be comfortable, as much as possible considering your diagnosis! Building is very clean as well as the examination room. They've been there a fairly short time. They disinfect the rooms after each use. Dr. Miller wears a mask. The staff doesn't. So apparently it's optional for staff and patients, but no sign on the front door or in the clinic. I highly recommend this practice if needed for foot and/or ankle issues.”
