This is the way you are supposed to treat customers. I will purchase from them again as I have done in the past. Thank you! Don’t waste your time. They may have the parts you need but “can’t” or is it really won’t tell you. Was about to order parts for a new convertible top and was told I had to order them before they could tell me if they were in stock or not. Then was basically told If you don’t like it then we can’t help you goodbye. Unbelievably rude, worst customer service ever go buy the part somewhere else. Some companies just don’t get what good customer service looks like.”

There is always good deals and the place is clean That said 90% of the staff could use an attitude adjustment as it seems when you ask a question it's an issue for them to help you (i.e. the manager in the fish and meat dept.)
