They are actively engaged with the class while encouraging everyone to succeed with a little fun. While Cygnus is growing in membership it is NOT giving anything up in quality or equipment. The owner makes sure we have what we need and more. He invests non stop in new equipment and just obtained a bigger facility! The people who are fellow Crossfitters here. Kindness, hardwork, and family matter. There are NO groups, cliques, shaming. No matter one's physical limitations, size or age or ability, the trainers are NEVER inconvenienced by any of it. “Josh is amazing. I contacted him about personal training in March because I needed to get in shape for a fitness test and he has got me to where I need within a couple months. He has a personal training that is personalized to your needs and also writes down what you did on this day and then revisits that same workout a couple weeks later and tells you how much you have improved. Josh makes sure you won’t get bored with the workouts because it is always something new.
