The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The complementary breakfast was very good. They also had free coffee available throughout the day.
Quick stopover but the hotel was great, surprisingly friendly staff! Good old Hampton inn breakfast. Pool looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy it.
Location and amenities were fine. However, when I said "Hi, how are you doing tonight!" with a smile, Joe at the front desk just looked at me, didn't return the smile, and held his hands out to the side and responded, "And? What do you need?"
I'm sure this is not common, but it definitely loses it a star for my stay. Joe continued to grudgingly check me in, but seemed to cheer up as I continued to respond positively to him. It also would have been nice if he had explained that there would be an extra $50 refundable hold charged, simply to keep me from having to correct the cost in confusion.
Price wasn't bad, and it's nice for a standard hotel.
I have done everything on the app.
Check in, digital key, Check out.
There was no need for assistance. Room was clean, bed comfortable. It is quiet, well maintained hotel. Location: little bit far from the Turnpike (about 10-15 min), but it was worth it, to drive extra mile for overall good experience.
I stayed here for one night with my dog and it was a great experience! The front desk members were friendly and welcoming. They accommodated a late check-out for me which was so appreciated as I didn't check in until late the night prior, and had a full day of driving ahead of me. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a quick stay. Another reviewer mentioned you could hear everything in the hallways which I was slightly worried about as a light sleeper, however I just turned on the fan on the unit's HVAC system when I slept which completely muted any outside noise (which wasn't anything aside from the expected sounds of doors closing). The additional pet fee was extremely reasonable, and they even donate a portion of it to a local shelter.
