“I had a virtual visit with Barbara and she was outstanding! Took her time and was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered every single one of my questions thoroughly. Then, two days later, low and behold l, I lost my teeny tiny bottle of eye drops, infuriated with myself, I called the clinic in a panic and spoke with someone and they had all of my information and kindly called in another bottle.
