Excellent customer service every time I call. Setting up a storage site or working with me to accommodate my different storage needs. And this is every employee I deal with at Rocket Storage, great folks and I appreciate their patience.

I’ve recently sold my home in Oldham co and had researched climate control storage that were locally available! Luckily I found Rocket storage! I called, talked to Ryan and was relieved to find the size and the timeframe that I needed available! Upscale Facility including excellent customer service will help simplify my move!

The facility is very nice - clean and safe. Ryan is professional to work with. I had to make changes to my reservation a couple of times and they were flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Rocket Storage is, hands down, the best storage facility I have ever used. The facility is clean, top-quality, and the staff is professional. With the security they have in place to the drive-thru capabilities, I couldn't find a better place to ensure my stuff! I look forward to working with Rocket Storage in the future and am glad to have a place to refer family and friends!

When looking online, it may appear that the storage spaces need to be reserved or that you may need to be placed on a waiting list but don't go by that, give them a call or shoot an email instead. They've always answered when I've called and responded to emails quickly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, if you prefer no/minimal contact they offer options for that.

The facility is very nice, clean, secure, in a convenient, safe area and they also have video monitoring. The storage unit I rented was a 10x25 climate controlled that I could drive up to, but they also have larger/smaller spaces both climate-controlled and not.

I've rented from several storage facilities while moving in the past and these guys were, by far, the best! I highly, highly recommend!
