Zac checked my gas furnace. He was thorough and explained the condition of my unit. I appreciate that he did not "create a crisis" to try to sell a new unit. Other companies do this. Jeremy came out and looked at what we would be needing. Within a day I had a price and a day of installation if I was interested. I was happy with the price and agreed for them to do my new HVAC system install. The installers arrived on time and had our new 3.5 ton Bryant AC running within 6 hours on a Friday. They returned on Monday to finish venting and completing the furnace install. They are very professional and clesned up after they were finished. The AC does an excellent job cooling to house and has a very strong blower to move the cool air. They also installed a air purifier for me. Kinser and Kinser also installed a new AC at my Mother's house and she had the same experience as I have. I would highly recommend their service.

I had a new mini-split heat pump system installed. My work was scheduled quickly. The technician explained what he was doing and listened to my concerns and considered my suggestions. He was thorough and courteous, and very considerate of my home. The system is great!

I want say that my entire experience with Kinser & Kinser, has been excellent, and above my expectations. When my AC went out I had a few other companies come out and give me a quote for a repair or replacement . Some of these salesmen showed up late for their appointment, and then tried to pressure me into signing a contract with them right away. My house and AC equipment was very old and outdated . Through a referral from a friend I contacted John Wainscott, at Kinser & Kinser. John, arrived at our appointment ON TIME . John, gave me an honest quote with a few different options and no sales pressure. John, took time to take measurements, and various calculations and quote me equipment that would be the most efficient and beneficial for my house. John's quote to me was for better quality equipment at a better price than any of the competitors that came to my house before him. John was concerned with my comfort and satisfaction and the longevity of my investment for a new AC system for my house.
When the installer Gabe, came out, he did a wonderful job. They replaced my entire HVAC system in a matter of hours. There was no trace that they were even there, not even a blade of grass was tracked into my house. The only evidence that they were there, was I had brand new efficient equipment and my house was comfortable again.. Both John and Gabe told me that if I had any problems or questions the future don't hesitate to call them and they would have a service tech out immediately. Thank you John, and Gabe. In this industry service and integrity are everything and I believe that Kinser & Kinser is the best at both.

Gabe and Jackson were the technicians that came out. They were very courteous, efficient and prompt. They answered all my questions and explained what was done.
