In the last four years I have had two separate issues with sewage coming up through my floor drain in my basement so I was in need of a backflow preventer. I was completely frustrated with the situation and the three other estimates I had gotten from more popular, main stream plumbers. The first two estimates were around the same price but the technicians didn't seem knowledgeable enough about my needs to convince me to use them. The third estimate was $1300 higher than the first two. I called a friend who referred me to Todd with New Century Plumbing and he came out the next day to assess my needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and I was completely at ease with his capabilities. Each different plumber who came in, went to all of the same areas of my basement to check the same spots; Todd was the only one who actually pointed out that I had another issue that could potentially be as bad as the sewage if left unattended and that was a leak in my water heater pipe. His crew came out the following week to complete the work. They were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Todd came out during the course of the day to check on them and to see if I had any unanswered questions. I will use them again and refer them to any and all who ask for the name of a reputable plumber! I wish more people in business had the same work ethic and instilled the same kind of professionalism that New Century exhibited. Thanks New Century for finally giving me a good night's sleep!
