In an era where police take a lot of heat, I thought you all deserved some praise today. I called after seeing what I thought was some suspicious activity on my door cam (turns out it was probably a delivery guy and I'm sorry for mistake) and I had two squad cars in my driveway within five minutes. I was blown away by the quickness of the response and I'm sincerely grateful

Very professiona. They helped me with my teenager and escorted us all the way to downtown louisville to make sure my child made it into the psychiatric ward safely. Thank you!

Only has a couple of interactions with them but always polite and efficient. I understand being efficient means some might feel their aren't polite. But really their job is not to be polite.

I don't know about unmanned phones, but I have had the HONOR of working with 3 of these Officers. When the time came to get to work, they did.. and did it with Class. But, more importantly, when it got Serious.. THESE OFFICERS... had no problem doing what they had to.. they are professional, kind, compassionate and understanding.... and as I witnessed, they are willing to put their lives on the line to protect and serve. I stood and watched, as they ran into danger ( a burning vehicle, with a man inside ) and never thought twice, and when that was taken care of, shaking hands with a little boy and having pictures taken... then, to having to chase down a thief.
I am very THANKFUL FOR ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, especially in this day and age, how many gave their lives this year?...they put on a uniform and a shield, but, for some, that becomes a bullseye .. would you do it...?
I also believe, now this is just me... but, I believe... I would much rather have these Officers, on the streets, doing the job they are trained to do... instead of behind the desk, answering phones....
I would just like to close by saying,
THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, I don't think you hear that enough.
