“I caught a flat tire this morning and needed it fixed so I could remain mobile for the day. I called Springdale around 8:45am and explained what happened and that I really needed to be mobile today. The tech told me to bring it in and he could get me done by 12pm. I was very happy about this, so I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and they actually had if fixed in 30 minutes. The guys there are great. I have used them multiple times and they are always friendly, knowledgable, and willing to take care of there customers. Top notch service. I highly recommend them to anyone.”

At one point during my membership the owner knew I was very busy taking care of my mother (who has passed away now) and I had not used my membership in a long time. “We were doing a construction project at our home and called 811 before you dig to mark utility lines. The company failed to mark lines for silica broadband, so unfortunately we cut the fiber cable for internet. We notified Dave with Silica on a Sunday evening at 5:30pm, bc it was very important due to the fact I work from home, he came out on a Sunday evening, a few hours after the occurrence happened and worked in the dark until 11:30 pm just to make sure I had internet to start work at 7am. He has amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend his company to anyone, not only is the customer service great, but the internet service is great as well!!”
