“We were doing a construction project at our home and called 811 before you dig to mark utility lines. The company failed to mark lines for silica broadband, so unfortunately we cut the fiber cable for internet. We notified Dave with Silica on a Sunday evening at 5:30pm, bc it was very important due to the fact I work from home, he came out on a Sunday evening, a few hours after the occurrence happened and worked in the dark until 11:30 pm just to make sure I had internet to start work at 7am. He has amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend his company to anyone, not only is the customer service great, but the internet service is great as well!!”
