“I have the opportunity to tour Richwood Nursing & Rehab weekly. I find the Administrative staff including nursing leadership very responsive, very friendly, very professional. I love that the main dining room is near the entrance and I see lots of patients out enjoying the group meals and activities. Richwood is very clean and was remodeled recently. There seems to be a real family feel at the building. I know some of the administrative staff volunteer their time to take some of the patients out on special outings including fishing, to rock concerts, and do lots of other things to make life better for these patients. I attended a really fun fire-work show for the patients on July 4th this year. Great building!”
